Congratulations on adopting a Snooty rescue pet into your family! 

Once your adoption is final, If you haven’t already transferred your dogs vet records please call Animalia Health and Wellness at 615-595-7100 and ask them to transfer the medical records to your vet. When you call please use the dogs Snooty name to help them locate the records faster.
